We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team in Grenoble. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

  • Support: Respond promptly to technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems, adhering to SLA & KPI standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, video conference systems, Cisco switches, and printers.
  • User Assistance: Support users with IT-related questions and hardware/software usage.
  • Incident Management: Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
  • Installation & Configuration: Set up and maintain hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
  • Documentation: Follow and update IT procedures and support documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with other IT team members to ensure effective support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS; knowledge of Mac and Linux is a plus.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, remote desktop tools, and ITSM software.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
