Qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking a Datacenter Hands & Feet IT Support professional to support operations at a client’s facility. Responsibilities include:

  1. Performing IMACD services: Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal of Data Center and network equipment.
  2. Troubleshooting fiber link issues between switches, identifying errors, and communicating with remote teams.
  3. Supporting end devices such as AR Headsets, Clocks, WiFi heart monitors, Puppy Cube Projectors, etc.
  4. Assisting network and data center administrators during technical troubleshooting.
  5. Providing support in large/medium enterprise Data Centers with Servers, Storage, and Network devices.
  6. Offering on-call after-hours support for P2 issues.
Qualifications:
  • IT Diploma or certifications with 3 to 6 years of experience.
  • Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Management applications is a plus.
  • Exposure to ITIL framework; ITSM tools like Remedy (Incident, Problem, Change Management) are preferred.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in technical English for communication with international teams.
