We are looking for a Datacenter Hands & Feet IT Support to join our team at a client’s facility in Buc (78), France. This role is offered on a 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible.

The Datacenter Hands & Feet IT Support L2 will be responsible for supporting operational work for a small/medium client, including:

  1. Performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services for data center and network equipment.
  2. Troubleshooting fiber link issues between switches, including error visualization and communication with remote technical teams.
  3. Supporting end devices such as AR Headsets, Clocks, WiFi heart monitors, Puppy Cube Projectors, etc.
  4. Following detailed instructions and support protocols provided prior to work.
  5. Assisting network and data center administrators (internal, customer, and vendor) during technical troubleshooting.
  6. Providing hands-on experience in large or medium enterprise data centers or hosting sites with Servers, Storage, and Network devices.
  7. Providing on-call after-hours support for P2 issues.

Requirements include:

  1. IT Diploma or certifications with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Good understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Management applications.
  3. Exposure to ITIL framework; preferable experience with ITSM tools like Remedy (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  4. Fluency in French and good technical English for effective communication with international teams.
