Vous serez responsable de fournir un excellent soutien technique aux partenaires et clients, de résoudre des problèmes complexes et de former des utilisateurs sur des solutions de navigation avancées. Ce poste requiert des compétences interpersonnelles fortes, une expérience en service client et une expertise technique en navigation GNSS, avec la possibilité de voyages nécessaires.

Qualifications

• Diplôme dans le domaine de la géomatique ou de la navigation.
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en support technique/k. service client.
• Fluency en français et anglais professionnel.

Established in 2018, our US subsidiary is a critical pillar of CHCNAV’s international strategy, tasked with driving diverse, high-impact initiatives that advance our global footprint.We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our technical support division, you will spearhead processes and tools to deliver exceptional support experiences for CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients—playing a pivotal role in strengthening trust, reliability, and long-term business growth.You will also serve as a technical authority, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering on-site support at partner/customer locations for training, demos, or problem-solving. Ensure the successful onboarding of new partners from both a hardware and software perspective.Provide timely technical support and training on product needs and issues via email, phone, web conference and in person.Perform problem analysis to resolve product related issues including follow-up, testing, troubleshooting and identifying bugs and possible enhancements.Support sales functions as a technical expert/consultant for surveying.Develop and update training materials.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of effective experience in customer service/technical support or technical training in surveying, GNSS, positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying...Fluency in French and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.Presentation and public speaking skills, including training and technical demonstrations.There are some travels required in this role - including travel to a business partner or customer locations, trade shows, visit strategic accounts, other regional trips to support CHCNAV France team.A job in an international result-oriented company where you can make full use of your skills.
