Description du poste

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for debugging guidance of regional products, organizing technical training, maintenance, and upgrades (including inverters, data collectors, and management systems).
  2. Conduct product technology and solution work such as photovoltaic inverters; draft and review technical agreements, provide project technical information, and prepare technical bids.
  3. Gather and analyze medium- and long-term customer needs for products; contribute to product planning and development; participate in the review of photovoltaic inverter product development and iterations.
  4. Manage market engagement, collect and analyze intelligence on photovoltaic inverter products, and provide technical support and answers to customer inquiries.
  5. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  1. At least three years of experience in digital energy solutions or technical support; product development experience is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in English for work purposes, native-level proficiency in the local language, and multilingual skills are advantageous.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive in responding to customer feedback, and able to meet customer needs promptly.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
