Established in 2018, our US subsidiary supports CHCNAV’s international growth. We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, strengthening trust and reliability. Your role will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing on-site support for training and demos, and onboarding new partners. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and training via email, phone, web, and in person. - Analyze and resolve product issues, including troubleshooting and bug reporting. - Support sales as a technical expert. - Develop and update training materials. Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in related fields. - Fluency in French and professional English. - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. - Willingness to travel as needed.
