Qualifications

Job Description:

CHC Navigation (CHCNAV) is a global leader in innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions, serving sectors like land and aerial surveying, GNSS surveying, 3D data collection, precision agriculture, unmanned navigation, robotics, and real-time GNSS infrastructure. Established in 2018, our US subsidiary is a key part of CHCNAV’s international strategy, focusing on high-impact initiatives to expand our global presence.

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to provide excellent support for CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, helping to build trust and ensure long-term growth.

Your role includes serving as a technical authority, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing on-site support for training, demos, or troubleshooting. You will also oversee onboarding of new partners from hardware and software perspectives, offer technical support and training via email, phone, web, and in person, analyze problems to resolve product issues, support sales as a technical consultant, and develop training materials.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields, at least 3 years of customer service or technical support experience in surveying, GNSS, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, or land surveying. Fluency in French and professional English skills are mandatory. Presentation and public speaking skills, including training and demonstrations, are required. Some travel will be necessary for visiting partners, attending trade shows, supporting regional teams, and visiting strategic accounts.
