We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to deliver exceptional support to our partners, distributors, and clients, strengthening trust and fostering long-term growth. Your role will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing on-site support for training, demos, or troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners from hardware and software perspectives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and training via email, phone, web conference, and in person.
  • Analyzing and resolving product-related issues, including testing, troubleshooting, bug identification, and suggesting enhancements.
  • Supporting sales as a technical consultant for surveying products.
  • Developing and updating training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, positioning/navigation, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, or land surveying.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (both written and oral).
  • Presentation and public speaking skills, including conducting training and technical demonstrations.
