Job Description:

CHC Navigation (CHCNAV) is a global leader in innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions, serving sectors including land and aerial surveying, GNSS surveying, 3D data collection, precision agriculture, unmanned navigation, robotics, and real-time GNSS infrastructure. Established in 2018, our US subsidiary plays a key role in our international strategy, driving initiatives that expand our global presence.

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to deliver exceptional support to CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, enhancing trust and business growth. Your responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing on-site support, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners.

You will provide technical support and training via email, phone, web, and in person, analyze problems, troubleshoot, identify bugs, and suggest improvements. Support sales functions as a technical consultant for surveying, and develop training materials.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields, with at least 3 years of customer service or technical support experience in surveying, GNSS, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, GIS, or land surveying. Fluency in French and professional English skills are mandatory. Presentation and public speaking skills are also required. Some travel is involved, including visits to partners, trade shows, and regional trips to support the team.
