We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to provide exceptional support to CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, strengthening trust and fostering long-term growth.
Your responsibilities include serving as a technical authority by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing on-site support for training, demos, or troubleshooting. You will also ensure the successful onboarding of new partners with hardware and software, provide technical support and training via email, phone, web conference, and in person, analyze problems to resolve product issues, support sales as a technical expert, and develop training materials.
Requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, or related areas, fluency in French and English, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel for work-related trips.
