You will deliver exceptional support to partners, distributors, and clients, strengthening trust and reliability. Your role includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing on-site support, training, troubleshooting, and supporting sales as a technical expert. You will develop training materials and support onboarding processes. Requirements include a degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support in surveying or related areas, and fluency in French and English.
