We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to provide exceptional support to CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, helping to build trust, reliability, and support business growth.
Your responsibilities include serving as a technical authority, resolving inquiries, providing on-site support for training, demos, or troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners with hardware and software.
You will provide technical support and training via email, phone, web conference, and in person. You will analyze problems, troubleshoot, test, and identify bugs or improvements. Supporting sales as a technical consultant and developing training materials are also part of your role.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, GIS, or land surveying. Fluency in French and professional English skills are mandatory. Presentation and public speaking skills, including conducting training and demos, are required.
Some travel is expected, including visits to partner or customer locations, trade shows, and regional trips to support the CHCNAV France team.
