How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support individuals in achieving their full potential maintaining high user satisfaction, meeting SLAs, and ensuring clear documentation
  • Ownership across Europe, acting as a key point of contact and driving standards across the region
We could be a match if:
  • Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proactivity and ownership in your daily tasks
  • Have a collaborative and approachable mindset
  • Ability to grasp technical environments, adapting to new tools and systems
  • Solid understanding of the technical stack (Slack, Google Workspace and Zoom. Familiarity with Okta is a strong plus)
