Description du poste

Summary

The role involves providing local IT support for our client, facilitating communication with the central and global support team.

Main Responsibilities

• Hands-on support for end user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets.
• Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability.
• Act as onsite "eyes and hands" to support the technical room, including basic server and networking support under the guidance of remote teams.
• Coordinate with global AZ Tech teams to ensure seamless integration and escalation of issues as needed.
• Support ad hoc IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues.

Key Requirements

• Native French speaker and some level of English.
• Experience in supporting end-user technology.
• Experience with hardware setup and imaging.
• Basic understanding of server and network support.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BitLocker, BIOS, and password management issues.
• Experience in software packaging.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, WiFi, and LAN technologies.

Other Details

The role is located in Le Mans City, reporting to local IT operations with coordination with global teams. Requires 2 days of onsite support.
