About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris, the IT Supervisor reports directly to the IT Manager and IT Director.

As IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• IT Asset Management: Ensure regular maintenance, perform software updates, and manage hardware and software installation.
• System and Network Administration: Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure and servers.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• User Training and Support: Assist and train users on IT tools and respond to their daily technical needs.
• IT Security Compliance: Monitor and enforce IT security policies to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
• Data Protection and Confidentiality: Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and control access rights.
• Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date records of hardware and software assets.
• Technology Watch: Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to optimize systems and services.

Requirements for the IT Supervisor include:

• Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
• Significant experience in the Parisian luxury hospitality industry—ideally at least 3 years.
