IT Specialist

Indigo Luna is a sustainable fashion brand committed to ethical production and mindful business practices. With our main production based in Bali and global online sales through our Shopify-based website, we are looking for an IT Specialist to support our growing team.

We are seeking a versatile IT Specialist to oversee all IT operations, optimise our digital infrastructure, and support internal teams in improving efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Shopify backend management, IT infrastructure, and system integrations, ensuring Indigo Luna’s technology ecosystem operates seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

1. IT & Technical Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing technical support for software, hardware, and network problems.

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot office and warehouse hardware, including MacBooks, scanners, printers, and network devices.

Administer and optimise Google Workspace, Google Admin, and other cloud collaboration tools to ensure seamless team communication.

Implement and manage internal communication and project management tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Automate and streamline IT processes to improve system performance and reduce manual work.

2. Shopify Data Integrity

Ensure product details, pricing, meta fields, tags, and other backend settings in Shopify are accurate and up to date.

Oversee Shopify POS and its integration with inventory management, warehouse scanners, and retail systems.

Maintain smooth operation of Shopify integrations with third-party applications, including payment gateways and logistics tools.

Support the Marketing and E-Commerce teams with technical troubleshooting and system improvements related to Shopify.

3. Cybersecurity

Oversee system security, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company and customer data.

Implement IT security protocols, including access management, software updates, and threat monitoring.

Develop and maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides, security policies, and software workflows.

4. IT Systems

Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors when necessary to manage system integrations and troubleshooting.

Research and implement new technologies to improve business operations, scalability, and efficiency.

5. Employee Onboarding

Manage IT onboarding for new employees, including MacBook setup, Google Workspace provisioning, and software access.

Provide ongoing IT training and support to employees, ensuring best practices are followed for tools and systems.

6. Data Analytics & Reporting

Assist in tracking and optimising data analytics and attribution models to support marketing and sales performance analysis.

Ensure IT systems provide accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in IT support, e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify), and general IT management.

Strong knowledge of web technologies, integrations, and digital marketing tools.

Experience with cloud-based services, cybersecurity best practices, and IT infrastructure.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.

Previous experience in the fashion industry or e-commerce is a plus.
