Overview

Permobil is on a growth journey and is now looking for an IT Site Manager to join our site in Paris (Rungis). In this role, you will oversee all IT activities within your area of responsibility, including the coordination of local and global projects, management and support of business IT applications and services, lifecycle management, risk analysis, and project management. Serving as the primary escalation point for all IT matters, you will ensure that IT operations and solutions are aligned with organizational guidelines while meeting the needs of our internal customers.

Location: Paris (Rungis)

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery in France including networks / Wi-Fi, meeting room AV, laptops / desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Provide second-line support via the ITSM tool and manage the full joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle
• Enforce compliance with global processes and ensure standardization of applications and services
• Align IT initiatives with the site’s strategic plan and organizational frameworks
• Manage IT vendors and service contracts in France, define and monitor SLAs, and report on performance metrics
• Ensure system architecture and related information comply with industry and regulatory policies
• Lead and support IT projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with internal and external partners
• Assist with IT budgeting and ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with regional and global IT strategies
