  • Collect client feedback and define technical requirements for IT solutions.
  • Provide support to finalize and tailor IT solutions to client needs.
  • Be responsible for the deployment of Huawei virtualization, storage, and private cloud solutions.
  • Resolve technical issues and optimize product performance.
  • Manage technical documentation and train partners.
  • Establish maintenance routines to handle product changes and corrections.

Job Title : IT Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities :

  • Customer Requirements Gathering: Collect client feedback and define technical requirements for IT solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to finalize and tailor IT solutions to client needs.
  • Product Delivery: Be responsible for the deployment of Huawei virtualization, storage, and private cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Resolve technical issues and optimize product performance.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Manage technical documentation and train partners.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Establish maintenance routines to handle product changes and corrections.

Requirements :

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
