LCH SA in Paris is seeking an experienced IT Security SecOps Lead to oversee protection and detection across the IT landscape and to coordinate cyber incident response. The role focuses on vulnerability remediation, governance of SLAs/KPIs, and monitoring with internal teams and outsourced services, reporting to the Head of IT Security.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in security operations, CISSP/GIAC advantages, strong English, and a proven track record in regulated, high-availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years in security operations or a similar role in regulated environments.
• CISSP/GIAC or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Fluent English required due to international teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cyber security monitoring activities across internal and outsourced services.
• Coordinate cyber security incident response and recovery with IT teams and SOC partners.
• Manage security operations service delivery, tracking SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead or contribute to cyber security projects with internal and outsourced teams.
• Provide guidance to IT Security Officers on control execution and evidence gathering.
• Support ITIL-based cyber security processes and risk reduction.
