LCH SA in Paris seeks an experienced IT Security SecOps Lead to secure its IT infrastructure and business applications, coordinating protection and detection capabilities, incident response, and remediation efforts across internal teams and outsourced providers.

The role requires strong expertise in vulnerability management, incident management, IAM/PAM, SIEM/SOC, cloud security and ITIL-based service management, with fluent English and 10+ years in security operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a Security Engineer or similar role.
• Fluent English is mandatory for international collaboration.
• CISSP, GIAC or equivalent certifications would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cyber security monitoring activities across internal detection capabilities and outsourced security services.
• Coordinate cyber security incident response and recovery activities with technology teams, the SOC and service providers.
• Manage security operations service delivery, including SLAs, KPIs and dashboards.
• Oversee outsourced cyber security services with governance, escalation and accountability.
• Provide guidance to IT Security Officers on control execution and evidence gathering.
• Support ITIL based cyber security processes including change, incident and problem management.
• Lead or contribute to cyber security projects to strengthen LCH SA’s security posture.
• Prepare and present management reporting on SecOps activities and risks.
