Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, your mission will be to manage the implementation of our products at our customers' sites in an international environment
Your missions will be to :
Scope :
- Organize the deployment of solutions to customers by coordinating our internal deployment team solutions and the customer's business and IT teams.
- Accompany and train customers in their understanding of our products : be an expert in the business area to best advise customers.
- Analyze and synthesize customer feedback and requests for changes, strong collaboration with development teams to help improving the products
- Accompany the customer in his / her transition to digital pathology : strong collaboration with the sales team from pre-sales to customer implementation follow-up
- Ensure the continuity between sales and production (installation requests; follow-up on deadline completions and customer reminders; post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer success)
- Be action oriented and very proactive to solve problems and get results.
- Have an interest in continuous improvement, measuring results and solving problems
- Ability to analyze and summarize
- Strong sense of service and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and express oneself both orally and in writing, in French and English
- Teamwork
- Interest in complex work in a diagnostic industry where compliance with regulations is a must.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Experience in a MedTech and / or in a consulting company is a plus- Knowledge of cloud computing solutions (Azure, AWS,...)
Education & work experience :
Bachelor's degree in science preferred, but not required
2-3 years of experience in project management in an IT environment
