EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a fluent English Project Manager based in Strasbourg, France. The role involves working either at company premises or on site at customer premises, integrating with the Development team and closely cooperating with a major client's IT team on site.

The ideal candidate will lead software design, development and implementation projects, ensure proper planning and governance, and manage resources to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline with minimum 10 years IT experience.
• Minimum 10 years of consultative project management in IT software development and quality.
• Minimum 8 years with PM methodologies (PM2, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Experience with PM in IT software development and quality areas.
• Excellent knowledge of BPM, enterprise architecture and PM standards; agile focus.
• Experience with Agile principles and values (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean).
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsabilités

• Manage design, development and implementation of software systems per requirements.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans; track activities.
• Allocate IT staff to roles to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide effective leadership; motivate and develop the team.
• Ensure security policies and ITSM/project processes are followed.
