Description du poste

Certeurope, a subsidiary of the Italian Infocert Group, is the leading French certification authority. Currently undergoing a major transformation, we offer a complete range of solutions for the digitalization of business processes: electronic signature platform, customer onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and PKI (Public Key Infrastructures) solutions. In a context where remote work is becoming increasingly popular and travel limitations are necessary, we aim to provide solutions that help companies transform their organizations.

We are looking to strengthen our finance team by recruiting an IT Production Manager. This is a full-time role based in Paris, with flexibility for some remote work. Below are the main responsibilities:

Operational Continuity (OC): Monitoring and Management of IT Operations
  • Ensure the operational continuity of the IT production system (infrastructure + applications): availability and performance for internal users (employees) and external users (customers).
  • Plan and supervise maintenance operations during working or non-working hours.
Interface with Managed Services Provider
  • Coordinate daily technical operations with the outsourced MSP and liaise with internal teams (Customer Care, Engineering, Security).
  • Act as the main contact for the MSP, including during non-working hours (on-call).
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and skill development within the MSP's teams.
Incident and Problem Management
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to handle incidents efficiently, during working and non-working hours.
  • Manage incident prioritization, technical instructions, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Suggest improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Technical Project Management
  • Ensure smooth transitions between projects and daily operations.
System Architecture and Performance
  • Establish configuration management standards.
  • Provide recommendations on system and application design, and supervise related operations.
  • Analyze system performance, resilience, and maintainability; suggest improvements.
  • Supervise integration, verification, and validation of changes (Go-Lives).
Security and Compliance
  • Guarantee the security and safety of the IT production system and data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO27001, eIDAS, RGPD, in collaboration with Security teams.
Process and Tool Optimization
  • Improve incident, crisis, and change management processes.
  • Enhance related tools for better efficiency.
Reporting and Monitoring
  • Collaborate with the MSP to provide system status and incident reports.
  • Develop key indicators for strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French; English and Italian are advantageous.
What We Offer
  • Offices in central Paris.
  • A friendly and supportive work environment.
  • An international setting as part of an Italian group.
