CMA CGM IT is seeking a Product and Project Manager to own a portfolio of applications within our Cargo Readiness, LARA Documentation, and Smart Cargo Release spaces. You will bridge Business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring quality, reliability, cost and timelines to deliver real business value.

You will lead end-to-end product scope, including project delivery and RUN/production stability, and organize the product IT team across onshore/offshore partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product or Project Management in IT, including resources management.
• Experience in application maintenance.
• Understanding of AI, Integration, or Domain-Driven is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping/logistics environments is appreciated.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide transversal teams.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to challenge diplomatically.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for Business teams on your product perimeter.
• Understand, challenge, and translate business needs into actionable IT requirements (maintenance / projects).
• Animate governance routines, provide clear communication on roadmap, risks, priorities, and releases.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap aligned with Business and IT strategy.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects.
• Coordinate with IT partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• When needed, review and validate high solution designs, while challenging proposals.
• Support effort estimation, prioritization, arbitration, and planning.
• Ensure production stability and proper functioning of applications (incidents, bugs, monitoring/observability, performance).
• Coordinate AMS teams and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
