In line with SCOR Procurement policy and sourcing principles, the IT Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing IT sourcing strategies to meet SCOR IT needs.
The IT Partnership Manager will collaborate with SCOR Procurement to ensure that materials and services are sourced at the best possible quality/price ratio for an adequate service, while also aligning with the SCOR goals, values, and IT strategy.

• Contribute to Sourcing strategy (internal & external) and ensure consistent implementation
• Day to day management of External Partners and other Supplier Relationship in an IT point of view
• Maximize SCOR’s value out of external contracts
• Contribute to assessing risks related to the service/material provided
• Collaborate in a cross-functional way
• Evaluate and support external partners & suppliers selection
• Manage talent of external IT resources

Required experience & competencies

• 10+ years proven experience as an IT Partnership Manager or in a related position (contract manager, account manager, IT couneslling…)
• Accurate knowledge of IT suppliers “ins and outs”
• In-depth knowledge of IT supply chain processes and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in sourcing software and services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong consensus/negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field; or equivalent work experience. A master’s degree is a plus.
