Job Description:

1. Responsible for the daily operation maintenance and service management of the computer room within the jurisdiction, balancing service quality, efficiency, cost, and safety in conjunction with the actual situation of IDC, and continuously optimizing to support business operations;
2. Responding to and handling Ali IDC risk events and emergency faults, ensuring controllable operation risks such as IDC changes and faults;
3. Establishing efficient cooperative relations with local government departments and completing compliance operation requirements;
4. Providing on-site technical support for business equipment, understanding business needs and network structure, and promoting the implementation of operational projects;
5. Managing team talent development, capacity training, risk control, team culture, and on-site operation and maintenance teams within the IDC.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering;
2. 3+ years experience in global large data center operation (10+MW) as a team leader, managing teams with more than 15 people;
3. Deep knowledge of Data Center IT Operation;
4. Knowledge of cloud technologies, architectures, IT service delivery principles, and best practices;
5. Highly driven, self-managed, with strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills;
6. Knowledge of data center construction procedures;
7. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+);
8. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
9. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus, as coordination with HQ in China may be required.
