Main challenges specific to the position:
- Develop and manage relationships with IT counterparts on Group/Zone level
- Onboard and support local Business Teams in project framing, build, delivery, and operation
- Be versatile—act as Business Relationship Manager, Project Manager, or Functional Expert depending on the context
Details of the mission:
The O+O / Digital Project Manager will analyze business needs, explore new solutions, and manage projects related to O+O scope in an agile environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as Business Relationship Manager and primary contact for TR EMEAI business users
- Lead the rollout of Group and Zone O+O & Digital solutions
- Collaborate with TRM IT Teams to frame, build, and maintain local solutions, mainly in MS PowerApps
- Work with Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, Finance & CIO Office to ensure SaaS solutions are secure and compliant
- Monitor technology trends and propose innovative solutions to create business value
- Manage an apprentice and oversee external consultants, with a focus on people management
Activities include:
- Analyzing and streamlining business processes
- Leading project rollouts and overseeing implementation teams
- Driving local projects from needs gathering to user training and support
- Maintaining relationships with IT and business teams
- Sharing updates on projects, technologies, and best practices
Application maintenance involves managing incidents and demands related to digital applications such as ServiceNow, PowerPlatform, Salesforce, etc., and maintaining local solutions and workflows. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the rollout and maintenance of Beauty Tech devices, including building relationships with key stakeholders, managing deployment dashboards, and facilitating device lifecycle processes.
Academic Background & Seniority:
Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally from an engineering school, with minimum years of experience in Project Management / O+O.
Mandatory skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (Agile, V, hybrid)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret business needs, write technical specifications, and prepare training materials
- Ability to work effectively across teams and hierarchies
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of Anaplan, Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Business and results-oriented, extroverted personality with strong social skills
