Master Builders Solutions France S.A.S. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and optimize IT infrastructure across France, Benelux, Ireland and the UK.

You will lead ERP and non-ERP applications, coordinate with the Global IT team and Managing Directors, and provide hands-on user support. The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong project management, knowledge of ITSM, COBIT, ITIL, and fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• Bac +3 to Bac +5 in computer science or information systems from an engineering school.
• 5+ years in system and network administration as an engineer, project manager, or IT manager.
• Strong IT project management experience and coordination of external service providers.
• Knowledge of ITSM including change management, CMDB, escalation, and continual improvement.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and workplace management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IT infrastructure across France, Benelux, Ireland, and the UK.
• Manage ERP and non-ERP applications in collaboration with Global IT and Managing Directors.
• Provide hands-on user support and liaise with service providers.
• Manage IT hardware assets and mobile devices; coordinate IT suppliers.
• Implement, coordinate, and monitor internal systems in line with Group policies; contribute to budgeting.
• Lead IT projects (upgrades, migrations) and ensure information security and data control.
