Master Builders Solutions France S.A.S. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and optimize IT infrastructure across France, Benelux, Ireland and the UK.

You will lead ERP and non-ERP applications, coordinate with the Global IT team and Managing Directors, and provide hands-on user support. The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, strong project management, knowledge of ITSM, COBIT, ITIL, and fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• Bac +3 to Bac +5 in computer science or information systems from an engineering school.
• 5+ years in system and network administration as an engineer, project manager, or IT manager.
• Strong IT project management experience and coordination of external service providers.
• Knowledge of ITSM including change management, CMDB, escalation, and continual improvement.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and workplace management.

• Provide hands-on user support and liaise with service providers.

• Lead IT projects (upgrades, migrations) and ensure information security and data control.

Candidate profile

• You hold a Bac +3 to Bac +5 in computer science or information systems where you have graduated from an engineering school in the same field
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field in system and network administration as an engineer, project manager, IT manager
• You have strong skills and significant experience in IT project management as well as in the coordination of external service providers, budget management and planning and in the improvement of an IT infrastructure
• You have a good knowledge of ITSM processes including change management, CMDB, escalation and continuous improvement processes
• You have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and workplace management
• You have knowledge of:
  • Workstation

  • And hardware/software architecture principles
  • IT project coordination and monitoring
  • Information systems security
  • Autonomous administration and installation of IT networks
  • Mastery of COBIT
  • ITIL
  • ISO, or NIST standards
• You have international experience
• Ideally, you have experience in a production/equivalent environment
• You have strong communication skills and can tailor your message to different actors while ensuring a clear understanding
• You are curious, rigorous, and recognized for your commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
• You are fluent in English and French in a multicultural professional environment

Travel

Regular travel is necessary between the different sites in the field of application: Lisses (91), Sorgues (84), Oosterhout (Netherlands), Swinton/Rochester (United Kingdom).
