Manitou BF is seeking a Regional IT Director to lead IT services across the Europe region, ensuring high‑quality local IT support, asset management, and project delivery aligned with Group strategy.

You will oversee regional teams, drive the roadmap for applications and infrastructure, and ensure cost‑effective solutions while maintaining strict governance and GDPR compliance. English fluency is required, with additional European language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of IT team management experience, ideally international/multi-site.
• Proven mastery of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Asset).
• Strong knowledge of Service Desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience with IT asset management (PC fleet, mobility, lifecycle).
• Proven project management skills (PMP/Prince2/Agile).
• Good understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, and server rooms; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and GDPR; fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regional IT services and lead distributed teams across PM, User Support, Fleet Management and On-site Support.
• Define and manage local application and infrastructure roadmaps with business input.
• Ensure service continuity, KPI tracking (SLAs, satisfaction), and secure governance.
• Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and regional procurement.
• Align regional IT&D strategy with global standards and Shadow IT prevention.
• Promote continuous service improvement and strong customer focus.
