ABOUT YOUR ROLE

FDJ Group is seeking an IT Lottery and Player Product Manager to define and lead the IT Product strategy for Lottery Gaming Systems and Player Management Systems. This role involves collaborating with business entities to guide the requirements definition, IT Products specifications, IT Product Roadmap, and IT Product instantiations for both France & international contexts, current and future.

This role is pivotal in aligning the IT Lottery and Player Product Roadmaps with the customer needs, including regulatory requirements, and financial goals defined by the Business Product Manager. In addition, you will consider the major trends in term of technology, innovation and market evolution in order to build the mid and long term of our Lottery Tech Products. You will play a central role in shaping FDJ’s IT Lottery and Player Platforms, supporting both France and international growth, ensuring operational excellence, and bringing innovations for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will conduct in-depth IT solutions market analysis, leveraging customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for Products developments.
• In relation with France and International Business Owners, you will contribute to market analysis and help identify opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• You will define the Products vision, taking ownership of the current Products specifications and ensuring the alignment of the Products to support France and International market extensions as defined by France and International Business Owners.
• You will lead technical assessment for new products and technologies, collaborating with Business Owners, Strategy and Finance to recommend appropriate and cost-efficient solutions.
• You will manage the change request analysis, developing a structured scoring to clarify prioritization and decision-making, considering the key performance drivers which are market extension, competitive differentiation, customer needs, regulatory standards, up to date technology, and operational efficiency.
• You will define the pluri-annual Products roadmaps, focusing on bringing the best value at the right time for the right cost.
• You will develop and implement a structured Product instantiation process, clarifying the frontier between generic Product and local specialization, and industrializing the instantiation process for future market extensions.
• You will act as a key liaison with France and International Business Owners, Strategy, Data & AI, and Compliance to ensure alignment and successful Product execution.
• You will leverage Data, both customer and IT oriented, to bring facts to the decision process, assess the Products Performance and fuel the continuous improvement process.
• You will contribute in responding to international calls for tender.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE…

We seek candidates excelling in Product Management, with strong Technology appetite and solid Lottery Business background.

• You have a proven track record of developing multiple product strategies and roadmaps, from design to execution, in international contexts, including new and regulated environments.
• You have a gambling industry background; experience in Lotteries is highly valued.
• You have proven experiences on Player Account Management (account lifecyle, wallet, CRM, loyalty program, personalization) and / or on Lottery Gaming system (iLottery, Bingo, Draw, Sports, Instant Tickets).
• You have exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities and align stakeholders across diverse, international teams.
• Your strong technical background (former experience as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect or Business Analyst), allows you to collaborate efficiently with committed and highly proficient Tech teams.
• Your Business background helps you understand customer needs, Lottery games typology, market specificities, responsible gaming, and local regulations.
• You have experience working in cross-functional organizations (e.g., Tribes & Squads).
• You are used to build Business Cases on strategic initiatives, analysing return on investment and defining Product value.
