Overview

PURPOSE

Reporting to the Professional Services Category Manager, the IT junior buyer is supporting her in the sourcing & in the negotiation of services at a global level in accordance with the Group sourcing strategy and initiatives.

Responsibilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ROLE :

She / He will be involved on different procurement projects and at different steps of the sourcing process led by the IT Procurement Category Manager in Saint-Gobain GDI Department (Group Digital & IT).

You will participate to project tenders, financial & contractual negotiations, supplier relationship management & external resource management in the context of Vendor Management System.

The IT junior purchaser will act as a key member of the Group Procurement Digital & IT team to achieve Saint-Gobain procurement transformation and contribution to the group profitability.

Stakeholders

She / He will be in contact within Saint-Gobain with :

• Group Digital & IT Procurement Category Managers.
• Group Digital & IT Department – IT internal customers.
• Finance, Legal & Cybersecurity department.
