Connect Vision International is seeking an IT Integration Lead to steer the Application Integration team in a regulated, production‑oriented environment. You will oversee integration projects from requirements to deployment, ensuring lifecycle management and stable operation.

The role combines hands‑on leadership with strong collaboration across Global IT, cybersecurity, and business teams in Saclay, France, with a hybrid onsite/remote setup two days per week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in application integration and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on team leadership experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies and ITSM.
• Fluent French and professional English are essential.
• Ability to work onsite in Saclay, France two days per week.

Responsabilités

• Lead, organise and develop the Application Integration team.
• Manage application integrations from business requirements to production deployment.
• Oversee application lifecycle management and operational support.
• Coordinate N2/N3 application support, incident resolution and problem management.
• Manage escalations with technical teams and suppliers to resolution.
• Collaborate with business, Global IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity and vendors.
• Contribute to application design, changes, releases and governance.
• Maintain documentation and participate in roadmaps and continuous improvement.
