IT Integration Lead – Application Lifecycle & Support
Location: Saclay, France – Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Salary: Up to €70,000 + benefits

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Integration Lead to join an international organisation operating within a highly regulated and business-critical environment.
This is a hands‑on leadership position combining team management, application integration, application lifecycle management and operational application support.
You will lead an Application Integration team and take responsibility for ensuring business applications are successfully introduced into production, maintained throughout their lifecycle and supported effectively within a critical IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, organise and develop the Application Integration team.
- Manage application integrations from business requirement through to production deployment.
- Oversee application lifecycle management and operational support.
- Coordinate N2/N3 application support, incident resolution and problem management.
- Manage technical and supplier escalations through to resolution.
- Work closely with business teams, Global IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, project teams, vendors and application integrators.
- Participate in application design, impact assessments and dependency analysis.
- Coordinate application releases, patching, changes and production deployments.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board activities and assess technical changes, risks and rollback plans.
- Maintain application documentation, operational procedures and application governance information.
- Contribute to application roadmaps, CMDB quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business continuity, corrective and preventative actions where required.
Required Experience
- Significant experience in application integration, application lifecycle management, software deployment or N2/N3 application support.
- Previous hands‑on team leadership or management experience.
- Strong experience supporting business-critical applications within production environments.
- Good understanding of technologies supporting enterprise applications, including Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, databases, interfaces and ITSM environments.
- Experience managing incidents, escalations, application changes and production deployments.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent French and professional/fluent English are essential.
- Ability to work onsite in Saclay two days per week.
