Your team:
You will be part of Euroclear’s infrastructure division, GTS, and join the CI Tribe that coordinates the CI/CD Pipeline and middleware stack. Your mission is to coordinate and lead the projects (‘Epics’) around continuous integration, but also security projects and the corporate roadmap projects.
Your role:
As Epic Delivery Owner, your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the coordination of initiatives around improving business resilience
- Collaborate with different collaborators involved in the project delivery process to implement and test redundant architecture
- Ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, in scope and within budget
- Develop strong collaborator relationships. Employ these relationships to research new technologies that would improve resiliency, limit downtime, or improve performance when recovering from an outage
- Ensure that as new equipment, facilities, services, and systems are installed that fail-over issues are addressed
- Work with performance, development, and project teams to design, coordinate, and test infrastructure fail-over for middleware, systems and databases
The required skills:
- Epic delivery Owner/Project Leader experience
- Solid understanding of Euroclear target Operating Model and SDLC IT controls
- Experience in working in an Agile context (Agile practice), Agile certification is a plus
- Demonstrable understanding of the technology stack you are supporting and of DevOps principles
- Good knowledge of the Euroclear technical infrastructure is an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL is an asset
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate project discussions with different collaborators
Nice to have skills:
- Manage virtual resources and relationships with various divisions, entities and service partners.
- Superb communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level.
- Very good organizational skills (ability to manage several projects in parallel)
- Deal with conflicting priorities
- Flexibility to manage changes
- Establish and maintain trust
- Facilitate workshops with all collaborators (leadership skill)
- Release and test experience
- Knowledge of the specific tools is an asset: Azure DevOps (TFS), ServiceNow
