Reporting directly to the VP Lottery Infrastructure, you will oversee 42 team members across three infrastructure teams, including 4 direct reports. Your role involves managing IT infrastructure operations and strategy, ensuring platforms are scalable, resilient, and automated to meet business needs.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Strategy: propose, validate, and implement strategies.
  • Transformation Plan: execute the necessary actions to achieve the set objectives.
  • Execute and Operate: source, contract, operate, and communicate effectively.

You will ensure resilient and future-ready infrastructures by focusing on automation and agility through the following:

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC), No Code, and Low Code: Spearheading automation initiatives to optimize system management.
  • Cloud Hybrid Solutions: Supporting the adoption of hybrid cloud environments while guiding infrastructure development towards a product-oriented approach that aligns with business requirements.
  • Standardization & Automation: Advocating for CI/CD and infrastructure automation to improve reliability and efficiency.

You will manage cost allocation, oversee usage governance across all Cloud solutions (public, private, hybrid), and support migration projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product & Service Modeling: Integrate standard reports and cost indicators to create analytics processes that connect infrastructure to business usage.
  • Projective Sizing Modeling: Predict capacity requirements with predictive models.
  • Reporting & Alerting: Develop efficient processes to monitor performance and costs in real time.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards, proactively managing risks and enforcing security protocols.

Managing over 30,000 connection points and the FDJ LAN, you will design robust and scalable networks that cater to both local (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN):

  • LAN & WAN Differentiation: Implement strategies for efficient and secure communications in local and extended networks.
  • Interconnection Studies: Conduct studies on the evolution of Group connectivity, including inter-site WAN connections and commercial agencies.
  • Optimization & Security: Manage network automation projects, ensuring resilience and security.

You will oversee teams managing daily operations (RUN) for optimal system performance:

  • Incident & Problem Management: Create strategies to reduce risks, ensuring quick recovery and minimal downtime.
  • Continuous Improvement: Streamline processes for smooth coordination between operations and infrastructure updates.

You will develop the strategic vision for IT infrastructure, establishing clear KPIs and OKRs:

  • Performance Monitoring: Guide teams to achieve measurable results aligned with business objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure high service levels, cost optimization, and alignment with company goals.

You will manage the infrastructure budget, focusing on strategic investments (Cloud, automation tools, network solutions):

  • OPEX & CAPEX Management: Track expenses and investments to ensure high ROI.
  • Financial Reporting: Regularly update budget performance and adjust forecasts with governance teams.
  • Cost Optimization: Find savings while ensuring high performance and availability.

You lead your teams to excellence:

  • Mentorship: Foster growth with training, best practices, and innovation.
  • Goal Setting & Performance Management: Set clear objectives and align them with organizational goals.

Why you should join the team:

  • This is a high impact role on the key lottery infrastructure for FDJ United operation, with potential future extension at group level.
  • You will contribute to building the future of the FDJ United Group IT infrastructure.

This position is made for you because…

  • You have an experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading managers.
  • You have the capability to define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business requirements.
  • You are proficiency in managing large budgets and investments, optimizing costs, and delivering high ROI.
