Qualifications

• Formation Bac + 3 en Systèmes d'Information requise.
• Expérience souhaitée dans le domaine des systèmes d'information.

RATP Smart Systems, a digital subsidiary of the RATP group, was created to promote, in France and abroad, its know-how in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). With its 200 employees, it designs, integrates, operates and maintains systems for ticketing, multimodal information and operating assistance (presence on 120 networks). The company also manages the ticketing system in Paris and its suburbs (12 million transactions per day), the largest multimodal network in the world with the presence of subways, buses, trams and RERs. Through its subsidiaries Ixxi Techside, Navocap and Setim, RATP Smart Systems has a presence in Bordeaux, Toulouse, Saint-Etienne and Mexico. RATP Smart Systems offers an adapted offer by responding in a targeted way to the needs and problems of the organizing authorities, local authorities, urban mobility operators and companies wishing to improve the mobility of their employees.

Within the Directorate maintenance in operational conditions, the functional administrator provides all services related to systems and ticketing databases and/or passenger information (monitoring, updates, management of requests and incidents ...)

Your main missions will be:

1. Supervise systems and handle incidents
2. Manage functional database repository updates
3. Manage access rights to the IS
4. Participate in the different phases of IS life (integration, deployment, evolutions, functional recipe of new versions)
5. Establish dashboards and produce performance indicators: produce the reporting documents and check the consistency of the information produced by the IS
6. Assist the users for all the functional aspects related to the manipulation of the IS: treat their requests and ensure the communication ...
7. Ensure a functional watch in his field of activity
8. Ensure the link with the IS project management in case of incidents

Your initial training is:

Bac + 3 training in Information Systems

First desired experience in this field

Language: English is desired

You have the following qualities:

1. Competence of assistance and services
2. Adaptability (ownership and ownership of an IS)
3. A spirit of analysis and synthesis, sense of organization, rigor

Technical environment:

DBMS: Oracle

Queries: SQL

Technical know-how:

1. Computer knowledge necessary for the exchange with its technical correspondents (application managers, operating managers)
2. Basic knowledge of data import/export principles, databases, operating systems and associated programming tools
3. Compulsory technical knowledge: Unix, SQL, Excel

1. Understanding the business strategy for IS
2. Ability to understand the functional needs of users
3. Ability to establish and structure dashboards, reporting, indicators, etc.
4. Ability to diagnose and resolve malfunctions

7. Awareness of the perceived dependability, risk analysis and security of information systems
8. Knowledge of business domains: ticketing (validation, control, sales) and/or traveler information (cartography, line topography)
