Within the Directorate maintenance in operational conditions, the functional administrator provides all services related to systems and ticketing databases and / or passenger information (monitoring, updates, management of requests and incidents ...)

Responsibilities

• Supervise systems and handle incidents
• Manage functional database repository updates
• Manage access rights to the IS
• Participate in the different phases of IS life (integration, deployment, evolutions, functional recipe of new versions)
• Establish dashboards and produce performance indicators: produce the reporting documents and check the consistency of the information produced by the IS
• Assist the users for all the functional aspects related to the manipulation of the IS: to treat their requests and to ensure the communication
• Ensure a functional watch in his field of activity
• Ensure the link with the IS project management in case of incidents

Training and experience

• Your initial training is: Bac + 3 training in Information Systems
• First desired experience in this field
