An established industry player is seeking an IT Finance Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects in the Finance area. This role involves overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the organization's finance strategy. IT Finance Project Manager applications H / F
The IT Finance Project Manager will report to the Finance Applications IT Owner and will be responsible for the overall management of IT projects related to the Finance area (e.g., 2 ERP systems: AX 2009, ANAEL, ICS Intercompany) following GEODIS project management methodology and tools.
She/he will oversee application maintenance and handle the implementation process from specifications to delivery of enhancements (including analysis, documentation, testing, and hypercare), adhering to GEODIS project methodology.
She/he will collaborate closely with application owners, business partners, organizational stakeholders, implementation partners, and both internal and external resources.
Upon request, the IT Finance Project Manager will participate in the ongoing GEODIS ERP transformation program and support the worldwide implementation of SAP S4HANA.
She/he will monitor the IT Finance solution roadmap and ongoing software evolutions by the vendor to ensure alignment and integration with our Core Model.
She/he will assist the Application Owner in establishing a project portfolio, prioritizing business requirements and projects.
She/he will propose change requirement prioritization, assess risks, benefits, and costs, and write functional specifications.
She/he will support the Application Owner in managing and tracking the progress of activities by editors/contractors and ensuring their deliverables meet standards.
She/he will conduct audits within her/his domain, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to address issues related to architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, processes, and governance.
She/he will work closely with the IT Finance Support Team to ensure effective communication, knowledge transfer, and engagement with key user communities.
Qualifications:
