Doctolib is seeking an IT Engineer to enhance its information system across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. The role involves implementing top-tier solutions and tools for business teams to provide excellent service to all Doctolib users.

The goal is to support our teams in growing the healthcare professionals using Doctolib daily, as well as the millions of Europeans visiting our sites monthly, by delivering an outstanding user experience.

Reporting to the IT Squad Leader, you will collaborate within the IT Squad and across all business teams, working closely with IT Operations and Security teams. You should lead by example with a proactive 'hands-on' approach and share information openly with peers.

About the job:

As an IT engineer, you will work with Doctolibers and internal teams to identify and integrate new IT solutions. You will also manage external providers to ensure the delivery of the best IT experience internally.

We expect modern, secure, and efficient solutions, and your role is to ensure these standards are met.

You will participate in projects aligned with a quarterly roadmap, prioritizing based on business value and team capacity.

Post-project, the IT Squad remains responsible for managing these solutions. You will oversee a subset of applications within the scope of the IT Squad to develop efficient and automated operational methods.

Our presence in four countries means you'll work with diverse teams, cultures, backgrounds, working styles, and legal environments. Be prepared to handle complex situations and take responsibility.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop integrations between applications using APIs, scripts, iPaaS, ETL, etc.
• Evaluate and qualify new SaaS solutions, assessing needs and selecting optimal options based on performance, cost, security, and design consistency.
• Collaborate with internal customers to define functional and technical requirements, and produce documentation for support teams.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding processes, license management, and data handling—key activities for scaling companies.
• Serve as Level 3 escalation point for support requests and IT crisis management, including weekly on-call shifts.
• Mentor junior engineers and support teams as part of your daily responsibilities.

Your Profile :

• Cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with Azure cloud services (PaaS, IaaS, FaaS).
• Knowledge of security protocols: IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID.
• Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, DNS, LDAP, SFTP, IP, ICMP, TLS, and architectural styles like REST and SOAP.
• Enjoys acting as a technical and user contact point, with a strong service orientation.
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools like Atlassian boards.
• Curious, autonomous, flexible, rigorous, enthusiastic, passionate, team-oriented, and fun.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with constant change.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
