IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for IT design, implementation, acceptance test, technical management, and risk control in key projects in the France region, including cloud, storage, server, and VDI.
2. Be responsible for the E2E delivery of the data center IT integration project, including requirement survey, planning and design, integration implementation, data migration, transfer-to-maintenance, and installed base operation.
3. Prepare and provide necessary technical documents for customers, such as Project High Level Design, Project Low Level Design, Test Report, etc.
4. Cooperate with the sales team to meet with customers for clarifying requirements, making technical discussions, and IT solution design, and conducting PoC (Proof of Concepts) tests.
5. Troubleshoot complicated IT problems and solve customer IT issues with the help of Huawei TAC and R&D team.
6. Provide technical training to enterprise customers and/or partners.

Provide internal training to junior IT engineers.

Requirements

1. 3 to 5 years of IT engineering experience in Storage/Cloud.
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent study with IT engineering experience.
3. Deep knowledge of IT with proven practical experience.
4. Good understanding of enterprise IT structure.
5. Experience in configuration and troubleshooting, preferably with Huawei equipment.
6. Good understanding of private cloud, public cloud, virtualization, storage, etc.
7. Preferably have HCIE or equivalent certificate (e.g., AWS, Azure).

French and English speaking is mandatory.
