NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and they are planning substantial growth.

I have placed two developers there, both of whom have stayed for over four years. The role involves greenfield development, identifying root causes of problems, working with a Ruby backend library, API communication, a modern Rails app, PostgreSQL database, and mobile apps.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a ±2-hour flexibility

• Complete a technical coding challenge
