NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. They are known for their efficient work culture—minimal meetings, a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and ambitious growth plans. The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Requirements:

• Love for the RoR stack – ideally with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills – written and verbal – proficiency required
