NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France, holding a significant market share.

This is a great client— they focus on effective solutions rather than pointless meetings, and they have ambitious growth plans! Candidates often have positive experiences, and many stay long-term; I've placed two developers there who have been with the company for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Your Profile:

• Passionate about the RoR stack, with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, proficient for work communication
• Ability to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Discuss feedback and meet wider team members
