NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share.

This company is known for its efficient work environment, minimal meetings, and focus on solving problems effectively. They are planning substantial growth and have a positive reputation among candidates, with many developers staying long-term.

Role Details:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Candidate Requirements:

• Passion for the Ruby on Rails stack with 4+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)
