NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This is a great opportunity to join a client that values efficiency and growth, with a strong team environment and low unnecessary meetings. The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate the root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps

Your Profile:

• Passionate about the RoR stack, with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with the Engineering Manager or CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Review feedback and meet wider team members
