NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for their efficient work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering them up, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked here often stay for over four years and have positive experiences.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:

• Meet with the Engineering Manager or CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Discuss feedback and meet wider team members
