NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for their efficient work culture—minimal meetings, a focus on solving problems effectively, and ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked here often stay long-term, with previous placements lasting over four years.

Role: Greenfield development, identifying and solving core issues, working with a Ruby backend, APIs, and a modern Rails app, using PostgreSQL and mobile apps.

Requirements: 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience, strong English skills (written and verbal), ability to work French hours with a ±2-hour flexibility.
