NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture and growth ambitions. They have a history of long-term employee retention, with developers staying over 4 years.

Role Details:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of issues to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and support mobile apps

Candidate Requirements:

• Passionate about the Ruby on Rails stack with 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work French hours with a ±2-hour flexibility
