Kéoni Consulting seeks a Quality Delivery Pilot to orchestrate IT deliveries across multiple teams. The role focuses on improving delivery synchronization, transparency, and service quality for urgent, short-cycle, and major projects within the group.

You will work with development, design, validation, infrastructure, and operations teams to formalize milestones and disseminate best practices while maintaining high standards of quality for end users.

Responsabilités

• To manage the system for preparing and monitoring deliveries (urgent, short cycles, major).
• To contribute to the coordination between the CDS (development), CMP (design), validation, infrastructure, network and operations teams.
• To help formalize and disseminate common milestones (subject registration, end of acceptance testing, final delivery, production launch).
• To identify pain points and propose areas for improvement to streamline processes.
• To support the synchronization approach while promoting team autonomy.
